    What You Will Be Doing:
    We seek a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

    As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI tools.

    While experience with OData is considered a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, and analytics, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and protocols.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop, design, and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.

    Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.

    Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Power BI reports and dashboards.

    Perform data modeling and optimization to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing within Power BI.

    Conduct performance tuning and optimizing Power BI reports for enhanced user experience and faster data processing.

    Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power BI development and data visualization techniques.

    Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize Power BI reports and dashboards.


    Required Skills & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

    Proven experience working as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Developer.

    Strong proficiency in Power BI tools including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.

    Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and database design principles.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


    Desired Skills & Experience:
    Certification in Power BI or related technologies (optional but preferred).

    Pay:
    $56 - $80 /hr.

    We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.

    However, we are not able to provide sponsorship at this time or accept candidates who would require a corp-to-corp agreement.
