- Apply technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts to provide solutions to technical problems of moderate to high complexity.
- Develop a deep understanding of data warehouse and data management assets within our data platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data and its operational utility.
- Regularly interact with customers, data management teammates, and product development partners.
- Handle large volumes of data in data lakes, data warehouses, or data marts using structured, semi-structured, and unstructured formats.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to the completion of project milestones.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements through continuous training and development.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based data warehouse RedShift.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT concepts of data integration, consolidation, enrichment, and aggregation in large data sets.
- Expert in SQL and SQL-based languages with performance tuning of SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Data Pipelines, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores.
- Experience with various data storage technologies, including RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), columnar, tabular, document store, NoSQL.
- Experience working in an AWS environment.
- Ability to work individually and in a matrix environment.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication (written and oral) and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, etc.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Normalized/Dimensional model disciplines and data warehousing techniques.
- Expert knowledge of AWS Redshift database.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT concepts of data integration in large data sets.
- Experience with various ETL tools such as ODI, SSIS, Informatica Power Center, Talend, IICS, etc.
- Experience creating documentation, including metadata, entity relationships, business processes, and process flows.
- Data validation skills and ability to resolve discrepancies with urgency.
- Ability to communicate findings with non-technical or business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytical/reporting solutions like Tableau, Power BI.
- Experience with virtual team collaboration tools like WebEx, Zoom.
- Experience developing detailed migration plans and creating supporting documentation.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- 10 to 15 years of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
