Join our dynamic Warehouse/Hardware team at our regional headquarters in Atlanta as a Warehouse Technician.

Responsibilities

• RMA of broken hardware Build and follow processes for testing RMA hardware to either determine the root issue fix the issue or set aside to be shipped to the supplier Follow processes and communicate with suppliers to get broken hardware fixed ASUS Server Testing SuperMicro Server Testing Birger control testing Emergent Module Stress Testing SFP Testing Etc Communicate with HQA on root causes in ClickUp and update the Critical Items Inventory Sheet with RMA notes Rental Kits Checkout/Tracking Follow processes to track rental hardware DSLRs Spares Kits Calibration Kits PPE Maintain the quality and cleanliness of rental kits and ensure that proper practices are followed Ensure stock levels are maintained to fulfil installation maintenance needs report to Hardware Lead if procurement is needed Kit Builds Build kits assigned by Builds and Warehouse Lead using provided kit list SMART BR Tracking Baseball POC Tracking NBA Track progress of kit packing in ClickUp builds Master sheet QAQC kits before shipment ensure quality Coordinate additional personnel warehouse build kits specified time frame Prepare completed kit shipment palletizing securing hardware When delivery comes inventoried posted relevant Slack channel stored appropriate location warehouse inventoried if necessary Fulfill shipment requests made via ClickUp otherwise gathering requested hardware configuring ensuring picked up FedEx Servers Installing correct installing server functionality Modules BackfocusingIPing Troubleshooting Kits Calibration Kits Update Slack ClickUp workflows progress Inventory Maintain system inventory consistently updating Critical Items Inventory Sheet Update sheet when items taken brought back Add notes equipment inventory Provide Inventory information Hardware Team current stock levels Consistently audit critical items inventory accuracy Cleanliness Function Help check out workstations stations clean functional Maintain functioning clean work area daily use Meeting rooms Warehouse Shelving Freight Area Requirements Excellent communication organizational skills Some experience with clickup google suite Ability achieve deadlines Identify organize priorities self sufficient multitask think analytically problem solve Diligent organized approach resolving technical issues supplying clear solutions Responsibility workload upholding standards Competent tooling responsible H&S those around them Prepared spend days onsite year Operational Team adhere hardware processes procedures suggests improvements possible Flexibility work outside usual office hours Perform reasonable requests line manager ad hoc basis Bonus points fusion 360 experience 3D printing experience Application Hiring Process Application If youre interested position submit CV complete application form hit submit Review Period Please note any application deadline team will actively reviewing applications date Hiring Manager Interview Successful candidates Talent Acquisition Interview invited interview hiring managers could virtual person you will provided further details preparation material required before interview Offers Feedback The team take time review all feedback conduct final reviews The hourly wage this position $25 This job posting temporary role selected individual employed third-party managed service provider As temporary employee may eligible enrol benefits cost through managed service provider
