*Requirements:

* *Current BLS from AHA or ARC
* *Associate's Degree and graduate of an Accredited program in Ultrasound Technology certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or CCI** *Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

*About the Job:

• Performs ultrasound examinations of the heart to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation. Records and maintains test data and prepares preliminary interpretations of test results. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager.
• Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development across the lifespan and is competent in age-appropriate imaging and patient care. Demonstrated competence of the Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS.
