- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, prevention, and treatment options
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of posthospital care
- Conduct specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation
- Utilize electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) to maintain accurate patient records
- Adhere to aseptic technique standards to prevent infection transmission
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but Associate's degree considered
- Proven experience working as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology, ICD9 coding, and healthcare systems
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment is a plus
