    ARServices is seeking an International/Domestic Project Analyst, Mid in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.

    This role will support the DTRA RD international engagements team and vision front office. A qualified candidate will provide advisory & assistance services (A&AS) supporting the international portfolio (80%) and broader division actions as required (20%). Must be a detailed oriented quick learner who can listen to senior DoD leadership (2/3 start level), understand intent, and then capture guidance for read-aheads and presentations. Must be able to clearly demonstrate exceptional communications skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced program management environment. The ideal candidate will support the client by rapidly immersing themselves into the country portfolio and learn DTRA's roles and activities. Over time, the ideal candidate will become an expert in DTRA activities within the partner country. This position may require days with a shifted schedule, early evening conference calls due to time zones.

    A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

    • Provide Assistance and Advisory Support (A&AS) for international collaborations and operations pertaining to chemical, biological, nuclear, and radiological (CBRN) matters.
    • Maintain communication and information flow among team members to maintain awareness of all current and upcoming tasks.
    • Develop, edit, and route staff action packages for approval.
    • Develop and edit documents such as memos, information papers, white papers, and decision papers per DTRA and DoD standards.
    • Respond to routine and short notice taskers as required.
    • Develop and use multiple tracking systems to maintain organization, track milestones, acquisition controls, and project lessons learned to accomplish complex and highly technical goals.
    • Support government senior leadership on international engagement related actions.
    • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, to include supporting through remote video and teleconferencing tools.
    Requirements

    Security Clearance Requirement:

    Active/current Secret clearance minimum with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance is required. Active TS/SCI is highly preferred.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
    • Exceptional writing skills.
    • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
    • Strong MS Teams and knowledge management skills
    • Demonstrable experience managing senior-level operations functions.
    • Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with the types of military and civilian leadership levels within DoD.
    • May require overseas travel 1-2 times a year.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Leading, solving, and driving results among multi-level leaders.
    • Key skills: leadership, team building, communications, production, and interpersonal effectiveness.
    • Critical and complex thinker uniquely qualified to combine data with intuition while leading teams and consulting on various programs.
    • Prior experience with DTRA and/or comparable Defense Agencies/Federal components.
    • Experience with military or government policies.
    • Experience working with Federal funding.
    • Familiar with DAWIA acquisition process.
