    Description

    VIRELLA is seeking a visionary individual to join our esteemed company, bringing with them a strong sense of enthusiasm and purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are industry trailblazers. The position entails familiarizing yourself with our proven processes to serve our established base of 2,000 corporate clients. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and guide a small team in performing these tasks. Your role will evolve as you hone your skills within our systems and processes, progressing towards the coveted Agency Director designation. Remuneration for this position is on a weekly basis, with an average starting salary of $70,000-$85,000 annually.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch service to our existing client roster.
    • Research potential business prospects in the B2B realm.
    • Oversee team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems.
    • Regularly report on field activities utilizing Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills.

    • Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
    • Aptitude for task prioritization and delegation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
    • Passion for assisting others and building lasting connections.
    • Background in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a focus on achieving set goals.
    • Engagement within the community is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must possess a valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are mandatory.
    • An evaluation period of a minimum of 45 days before eligibility for advancement.
