- SIGN-
- Provide primary care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
- Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques
- Ensure residents' chart is current
- Assess resident for change of condition
- A Registered Nurse (RN) will assist with new resident admission process
- Keep residents' family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health
- Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to
- Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel.
