    Mid-level provider, social workers, and nurses available Requirements:

    Board Certification:
    Required Board Certified in Psychiatry with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry focus Licensing: Licensed in MA only No reimbursement for licensing costs

    Certifications Required:

    BLS

    Additional Certifications:
    ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS are not required

    Credentialing Timeframe:
    Approximately 90 days
