    Description

    Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect who will be responsible for writing down/define Automation QA standards/specs (similar to TDLC).

    Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    · Candidates who can write down/define Automation QA standards/specs (similar to TDLC).

    · Hands on experience with Java, working on automating applications on platforms like Web, Mobile and APIs.

    · Candidate is expected to run the entire program from testing standpoint.

    · Code quality, coverage & productivity analysis to ensure all areas are exercised by test suites.

    · He should be POC from customer, Cognizant standpoint for this engagement and work with all the stakeholders.

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    · 14+ years of experience in Hands-on Experience of Architecting / design/customizing automation framework using Selenium and handling project deliverables.

    · Experience using Version and build tool - GitLab/Azure Devops and Maven

    · Experience in TestNG and BDD approach.

    · Possess specialist knowledge on Continuous integration & delivery using industry best tools & technologies.

    · Good testing process knowledge and exposure to agile

    · Good Knowledge of Selenium, Java, SQL, HTML.

    Preferred Skills/Qualification:

    · BFS domain knowledge is plus.

    · Knowledge of Python is plus.
