    Description

    The Bartender is responsible for preparing cocktails, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting in the management of the beverage program. The Bartender will also assist in the dining room for meal service, manage the gear shop, maintain lounge cleanliness and assist with public area housekeeping as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain cleanliness of the lounge, bar, and gear shop
    • Work closely with the Hotel Manager to implement onboard beverage-training program
    • Pour a wide array of cocktails, spirits, beers wine and non-alcoholic beverages
