    Essential Tasks


    Prospecting and Lead Generation:


    Utilize RigDig, internal prospect lists, and other lead generation tools to identify and qualify potential service customers within your territory.

    Conduct thorough research on potential customers to understand their businesses, needs, and pain points.
    Strategize with Area Leadership on market share capture opportunities.

    Sales and Relationship Building:
    Present FleetPride's solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting how they address customer needs and add value.
    Develop service program solutions and implement locally, regionally, nationally.
    Drive increased share of wallet through national account service agreements.

    Account Management:


    Onboard local, regional, national partnerships and support strategic build of operational infrastructure to support a smooth transition into the FleetPride network.

    Monitor and analyze customer data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    Develop and implement account growth plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
    Regularly communicate with customers and FleetPride staff to address concerns and provide exceptional customer experience.
    Conduct and/or assist in service specific quarterly business reviews with FleetPride National and Regional Account customers.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Performance will be measured based on sales activity, pipeline, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

    Ability to identify and qualify potential customers within an assigned territory.
    Research skills to understand business needs and pain points.
    Strong communication and outreach skills to engage potential customers.

    Sales and Relationship Building:
    Excellent presentation and persuasion skills to showcase FleetPride's solutions.
    Effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure agreements.
    Ability to build trust and rapport with new customers.

    Account Management:
    Customer service skills to onboard and support new accounts.
    Analytical skills to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    Strategic thinking and planning to develop and implement account growth plans.
    Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Data analysis skills to track sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs.
    Ability to identify and interpret market trends and competitor activity.
    Continuous learning and adaption to optimize results.

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    Experience in the transportation heavy-duty service industry is preferred.
    Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving goals.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
    Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM ) software.
    Experience with RigDig or other lead generation tools is a plus.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
