- Work closely with SaaS based solutions that provide network services.
- Analyzes computer systems networks to ensure effectiveness and efficiency reviews connectivity requests to determine requirements for installation or modification.
- Troubleshoots network problems or system failure involving hardware and software to determine the causes and possible solutions; implements solutions to resolve problems or notifies the CIO of solutions requiring resources not available without other approval.
- Two plus years of experience in Network Engineering - Prior experience with network design and analysis.
- Two plus years of experience in Microsoft Azure – prior experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools a plus
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology
- Develops requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
- Works with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Time management and information management
- Strong multi-tasking, facilitation/presentation skills
- Judgment and decision-making/situational awareness
