    We are launching a stealth division in the premium market and are looking for an Operations Director to drive operational excellence and account growth.

    You will be responsible for delivering our new strategic products, managing customer relationships and projects, and growing revenues.

    You will collaborate with our executive and creative teams to develop comprehensive operational plans and execute world-class client management, contributing to the company's expansion and success.

    Please note this role is based out of our San Francisco office 2x/week on Tuesday and Thursday and requires travel once to twice a month to both domestic and abroad locations.

    Coordinate and manage all projects for division

    • Research, design and deliver account growth through existing specialized team members
    • Travel to help secure new deals, deliver value for existing accounts, and optimize end consumer experiences
    10+ years of experience across business operations and project management

    • Successful track record of managing multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong business operations understanding of how work moves end-to-end
    • Strategic thinking and adaptability to anticipate changes that could affect projects
    • Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision
    • Multilingual: English & Spanish - Fluent spoken & written
