SUMMARY
Assistant Cross Country Coach at Sandpoint High School for the school year paid by an annual (or one time) stipend. Stipend amount is for the school year - amount will be updated for the school year once approved by the Board.

Assistant Cross Country Coach at Sandpoint High School for the School Year
Coaches in Lake Pend Oreille School District are an important part of students' education as student-athletes. Extra-curricular activities enhance student learning and engagement with their school and community.
Join the District in providing healthy activities for students. As the Assistant Coach, you'll be responsible to support the Head Coach in setting expectations for students, and provide training on the sport.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents/guardians and other stakeholders
Previous coaching experience in applicable sport preferred
All Coaches - Yearly Required Trainings:
All coaches and sponsors need to complete the following trainings and turn in a current certificate, ASAP.
First Aid & CPR Certification within 90 days of hire, and maintenance of current certificate thereafter.
NFHS Concussion Course: Course taken yearly and current certificate on file.
NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Course: Course taken yearly and current certificate on file.
NFHS Student Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Course: Course taken yearly and current certificate on file.
