Description
Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messagesOpening and processing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail, such as bills, invoices,
and checks
Communicating with customers and sub-contractors to answer questions, provide
information, take orders, and address any issues
Scheduling consults with potential new customers
Maintaining the company calendar and coordinating the schedules of workers, subcontractors,
and customers
Operating basic office equipment photocopier, computer, and calculator
Maintaining and updating the company database to keep track of work orders and projects
Reviewing and tracking sub-contractor charges
Inventorying, organizing, and ordering company supplies as needed
Processing payments and handling basic bookkeeping High School Degree (US or foreign) required as a minimum qualification.
