    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team.

    As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups in various settings.

    This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.


    Duties:

    • Conduct crisis intervention and provide immediate care to individuals in need
    • Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
    • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address specific needs and promote emotional wellbeing
    • Offer counseling services to children and families, focusing on childfamily dynamics and promoting healthy relationships
    • Provide therapy services to geriatric clients, addressing agerelated challenges and promoting mental health
    • Utilize various psychotherapy techniques to assist clients in managing their emotions and improving coping skills
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
    • Work with individuals on the autism spectrum, providing support and developing strategies for social interaction and communication

    Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker
    • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and ability to handle highstress situations
    • Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
    • Experience in providing individual and group counseling sessions
    • Familiarity with working with geriatric clients and addressing their unique mental health needs
    • Knowledge of various psychotherapy techniques and ability to tailor treatment plans based on individual needs
    • Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and experience working with individuals on the spectrum
