Job summary
The Note Processing Assistant supports the Note Department Supervisor and Manager in the daily operations of the note processing workflow.This role ensures all procedures are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with warehouse bank and custodian requirements.
Responsibilities
- Receive, open, and sort incoming USPS, UPS,
& FedEx mail addressed to the Final Docs – Notes team. - Create and label manila folders for daily incoming notes,
& including loan numbers borrower last names,& warehouse bank codes.
