- Plan, organize, and manage asphalt paving projects for airport runways from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Lead and motivate the paving crew, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
- Ensure that all paving activities meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues promptly.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asphalt paving, ideally with a focus on airport runway projects.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and construction techniques.
- Proven experience in field and team leadership.
