    For more information, please visit Fort Myers, FL office has an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Associate. This individual will be focused on onboarding and servicing our high-net-worth clients.

    We are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and knowledge to enhance our relationships with our clients who have complex service and investment needs.

    The salary target for this role is $42, $48, This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
    We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data.

    When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers.

Primary Job Functions New Client OnboardingEnsures accurate completion of prospect or new client paperwork and account set upFollow up on funds transfer from surrendering companyMaintains (CRM) database and client files (Filing, copies, data input)


    Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendorsRecord incoming assets to the appropriate blotting toolClient Relationship ManagementPrepares account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.

    Communicates to understand client requests, determines what needs to be done; communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolution, includes death claim processingMay work with client's tax or legal counsel on client concernsIndustry/Product/Company KnowledgeDemonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEG's Suitability Guidelines, operational processes and sales modelUnderstands financial terminology and productsAttends Client Services and company educational eventsMay attend vendor presentationsTeam and Corporate SupportAssists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processesCompletes operational projects to support enhancements and changesCommunicates process and sales updates to teamEducation/QualificationsHigh school diploma (college degree desirable)Financial industry experience is preferredExcellent customer service through strong communication skills.
