    Agriculture Project Manager

    Monday-Thursday 9-hours and Friday 4-hours

    Responsibilities

    4Creeks is seeking a Project Manager to work under the direction of a Department Manager on our Agriculture team. Responsibilities for this position would include:

    • Overall project management of dairy digesters and other agriculture sustainability related projects
    • Allocates resources and staff to meet project objectives, goals, and deadlines
    • Managing and building client relationships
    • Developing project schedules and deliverable deadlines with scheduling and production staff
    • Coordinates project schedules and project collaboration between project staff and clients
    • Quality control and quality assurance of projects and deliverables
    • Communicate schedules and client expectations to Production staff

    This position primarily entails in-office work with the occasional field site visits. Field work will be at project sites and is typically within a 50-mile radius of Visalia.

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. The position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Systems Management or related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and agriculture industry
    3. The ideal candidate will have experience with and/or strong technical knowledge of methane digesters (or similar systems)
    4. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in preparation of plans, development/management of project schedules, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    5. Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is preferred.
    6. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required.

    Compensation

    The salary will be determined by the candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and performance bonuses. The expected salary range for this position is $80k to $130k. 4Creeks, a division of 4C Holdings, is 100% employee owned, with full time employees participating and earning ownership in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

    This position also requires an active smartphone device and service plan, which will be compensated for appropriately.

    Must have a valid CA Drivers License and a vehicle that can drive up to 100 miles. Business use of personal vehicles will be compensated for appropriately. Employees must follow all company policies related to vehicles, including safety, insurance, and other applicable policies.
