Job Description:
We are launching a B2C SaaS product (AI based shortform video creator) and I'm looking for a marketer who can set up a lean but effective pre‑launch funnel for early signups (lifetime deals) and has experience with creating/managing reward based crowdfunding campaign platforms like indiegogo, wefunder ,kickstarter etc for digital product (prefarably SAAS)
I am open to ideas/strategies for a successful pre-launch campaigns for getting early sign-ups for our SAAS product.
I need someone who can prioritize what matters getting early sign ups and a successfull pre-launch for the SAAS in the most cost efficient as my goal is to launch it in the most lean way possible.
Goals:
- Create a simple, high‑converting landing page focused for waitlist building, email collection in exchange for: early access, founder pricing, or a special lifetime deal.
- Connect the form to the email platform.
Set up or configure an email service (ex:
Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, etc.).
- Setup an execute Pre‑launch and launch email sequences (automations and/or scheduled campaigns)
- Set up cost effective test campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google/YouTube to drive traffic to the landing page.
- Crowdfunding campaign creation & management .
Key metrics:
cost per lead (CPL), email open/click rates, early‑backer count, and total funds raised relative to goal.
Ideal Candiate should have experience with
- Comfortable owning the end‑to‑end funnel setup (landing page + email + ads + crowdfunding campaign page).
- Pre‑launch marketing for SAAS products in terms of waitlist building , email marketing etc.
- Marketing experience for B2C SaaS or subscription‑based digital products.
- Some exposure with crowdfunding campaigns (Indiegogo, Kickstarter, WeFunder, or similar).
- Communicates clearly, can work within a constrained budget, and can explain what you're setting up so I can manage it later.
- Able to show relevant portfolio examples on SAAS pre launch marketing ;waitlist building;
In your proposal, include:
2–3 examples (links or screenshots) of:
- Landing pages you've built for lead capture or launches.
- Email sequences/email marketing , ad campaigns you've created for digital/SAAS product (you can blur sensitive info).
- Digital Marketing experiences with SAAS product launches (pre_launch+post_launch)
- Crowdfunding campaigns you have worked on (page links + your role).
A rough plan:
- How you would approach this project in phases (if you like to bring any strategy please include)
- How you'd allocate the budget (your fee vs.
- Your estimated timeline to get everything ready for launch.
- Landing page + email platform live.
- Email sequences drafted and scheduled.
- Ad campaigns created and initial tests running.
- Crowdfunding campaign page built and ready to submit/launch.
