    Summary:
    This position will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the overall employee journey within our organization. Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.

    This role involves collaborating with various departments to design and deliver programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and professional development.

    This leader will also need to be highly data-driven and outcome-oriented, ultimately driving and stewarding a range of efforts to address employee experience and support engagement across the company.

    The leader in this role must establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with stakeholders across the organization and work collaboratively with others in a results-oriented manner.

    Engagement with senior leadership and delivering public presentations are also integral aspects of this role.


    Education:

    Essential:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • Five years of related experience with an emphasis on employee engagement and customer service.
    • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, and Employee Survey tools strongly preferred. Press Ganey or other engagement platforms a plus.
