Unit Highlights:
\The ED Short Stay Unit is a 10-bed observation unit that acts a bridge between the ED and inpatient setting. \The average patient stays on the unit for 24 hours or less where patients either discharge from the hospital or transfer to an inpatient unit. This is a fast-paced Emergency/Med Tele environment for the energetic and ambitious healthcare provider. Nurses potentially have the opportunity to be cross trained in Emergency Medicine. \Every shift is different than the last which creates a constant learning environment. \All who work together to create an environment where comprehensive whole body health care is provided to all patients and families. n

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups.
Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.

Relocation Eligibility:
\Graduate of a school of nursing
Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
