Job summary
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Office & Administrative Manager to join our team.We manage company's calendar and events as well as areas of general operation including contracts accounts payable internal control
- Good interpersonal skills proficiency in working with contracts numbers excel worksheet attention to details ability to anticipate team members' needs.
- Draft/edit/proofread correspondence presentations client letters briefing papers reports ensuring that grammar spelling formatting visual design are without error.
- Maintain inventory order office supplies assist IT troubleshooting equipment escalating issues track office expenses invoices coordinate process promptly within Finance policy.
