    PAY: $66,000-$96,000 (ANNUAL SALARY) + MONTHLY BONUS

    Our Service Managers create lifetime customers by delivering an unsurpassed customer experience. This person needs to be able to navigate and direct the department to reach new heights in employee, customer satisfaction and profitability.

    A visionary of the business looking to explore new opportunities in the automotive field sustaining growth and service objectives. Domestic and Import experience in an Automotive Dealership is essential.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Run efficient and profitable department
    • Manage hiring and training
    • Lead activities to keep customers coming back
    • Supervise cost controls, safety & compliance
    • Provide the energy to motivate staff
    • Evaluate and Understand CSI processes - driving the results.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Service Management experience at the dealership level is required
    • Professional appearance
    • Strong communication skills
    • Able to sell/recommend service
    • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must be reliable and punctual
    • Pass a drug test (Marijuana Positive will fail)
