• Significant experience in education and summer camps.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Exceptional leadership, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Background in services to children and youth.
• Capable of planning, implementing, daily activities through verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer operations.
• A genuine liking for children and outdoor camp life.
• A high degree of emotional maturity, integrity and moral character.
• Ability to commit to 10 weeks of uninterrupted work.
