    • CCRi is looking for an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer (Senior MBSE) to join our federal team, leading development of scalable, high performance systems that leverage advanced modeling methodologies while advocating for engineering best practices.
    Systems Modeling Language (SysML) functional models are used to employ solutions that orchestrate engagement control via System of Systems (SoS) architectures. Engineering solutions are tested, demonstrated, and assessed by subject matter experts followed by solution transitioning.
    Duties and ResponsibilitiesArchitect and maintain MBSE frameworks to meet Department of Defense (DoD) SoS architectures.

    Create systems engineering models using SysML-based tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architect (CEA) or Cameo Systems Modeler (CSM)Leverage advanced Systems Engineering methodologies to enhance the efficiency of system safety, cyber approval, and certification processes.

    Lead engineering teammates in best practices and delegate work accordingly to meet deadlines and estimations.
    Conduct research and deliver presentable outcomes when path to success is not evident.

    Analyze customer, user, and operational requirements to design and implement MBSE solutions while advocating for the most optimal path to success.

    Communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
    Influence technical excellence with system requirements, design specifications, and project progress with management, customers, developers, and users.
    RequirementsA Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree and two or more years experience on system engineering principles and practices.3-5 years experience with SysML-based tools (Cameo or others)Experience mentoring junior talentCustomer focused, flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving specifications and can formulate plans based on advanced MSBE techniques.
