- Manage a diverse patient panel, addressing a wide range of needs through acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or at testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits.
- Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
- Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
- Be open to obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care.
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- At least 2 of the last 5 years practicing in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing patients of all ages (0+).
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within one year of starting at One Medical.
- State licensed in CA before your start date.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time role offers a competitive base salary range of $308,700 to $328,000, depending on experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation may be available for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.
