We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Bilbro Construction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced construction environment. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other related documents to estimate the cost of projects. You will analyze data, prepare forecasts, and conduct risk analysis activities to ensure accurate estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze project documentation, including proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Estimate labor, material, and time requirements to calculate overall project costs.
• Conduct complex data analysis and prepare reliable forecasts.
• Analyze and evaluate offers from vendors.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key vendors.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a construction estimator.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Hands-on experience with complex data research activities.
• Familiarity with computer programs such as Timberline or HCSS HeavyBid.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science, or a related field.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
