Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Place orders to acquire requisitioned items and services, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Resolve order issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department managers to clarify requisitions and identify needs for future orders.
  • Follow up on delayed supplies, offer alternatives, and obtain purchase authorization.
  • Work with accounts payable and vendors to resolve invoice errors promptly.
  • Analyze quotes, select best-value suppliers, and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining database accuracy.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum three years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent physical activities including lifting, carrying, sitting, standing, and keyboard use. Occasional bending, lifting heavier objects, and climbing.
