- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients based on their individual needs
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in various areas of nursing, including family planning, medical imaging, infant care, medication administration, IV insertion, etc.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team of nurses
- Experience in ventilating patients and administering injections
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
