Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients based on their individual needs
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards

Skills:

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in various areas of nursing, including family planning, medical imaging, infant care, medication administration, IV insertion, etc.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team of nurses
• Experience in ventilating patients and administering injections
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
