Job Summary:Provide outpatient psychiatric care services to patients including evaluation, monitoring, and diagnose patients to determine treatment and recovery plans. Counsel patients, write prescriptions, and monitor patients' progress, while being compassionate and sensitive to their needs and concerns. When appropriate, work with patients' primary physicians, social workers and/ or case managers to assist patients with their behavioral health needs.
