    Job Summary

    Under the direct supervision of the site Principal or designee, the Instructional Resource Clerk is assigned to support the school site personnel; communicating information to staff and the public; providing complete and accurate records; and providing information and/or direction as may be requested.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    *Graduation from high school or equivalent, preferably including course in typing and office methods.
    *Able to pass a district proficiency test.
    *Bilingual Spanish preferred
    *Basic office practices.
    *Able to follow written and oral instructions.
    *Computer literate.
    *Able to work with all levels of personnel in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
