    Job DescriptionDescription:

    The National Chain Account Sales Rep is part of the Chain Accounts team, working within a designated region (AZ, CA, ID, OR, UT, WA, WY & MT). The position is accountable for delivering business results by expanding Krispy Krunchy Chicken into new customers and growing existing business within national chain accounts through strategic selling, responsive problem solving, and developing new/maintaining relationships with high level customer decision makers.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and selling Krispy Krunchy foodservice solution to expand national chain customer base.
    • Collaboratively delivering growth targets and the profitable expansion of the Krispy Krunchy Foods within existing national chain customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and provide thought leadership on industry/category dynamics and execution.
    • Developing and selling-in customer plans to achieve volume and profit objectives.
    • Diving into performance analysis and owning the implementation of strategies within existing and targeted new accounts.

    ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

    • Reports to the Director of Chain Accounts
    Requirements:

    Education and Experience

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Three+ years of experience in Sales and key account management in consumer or direct store delivery industries.
    • Three+ years of prospecting and adding new business through customer acquisition within chain or large customers.
    • Expert level proficiency in Excel,
    • Working knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce or similar platforms

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrates collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Able to build relationships and collaborate to get desired outcomes.
    • Takes accountability for results and takes pride in a proven track record of delivering.
    • Aptitude for delivering plans of action in complex environments.
    • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and root cause identification skills
    • Strong desire to learn new skills and concepts.
    • Critical perspective and observation of store-level execution elements; marketing, merchandising and brand integrity.
    • Effectively cope with change, shifts gears comfortably, decides and acts without having the total picture; able to handle risk and uncertainty in a professional manner.
    • Remain calm under pressure and act in an ethical manner at all times.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Gmail & Internet applications

    Location Requirement: Candidate will work full time out of his/her home and up to 50% travel.

    Compensation: Candidate will have a base salary competitive to market rates and will have a very competitive bonus structure directly tied to specific performance goals and increasing the profits and overall growth for the stores.
