    A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to provide critical guidance to healthcare clients, advising on regulatory requirements, compliance counseling, defending government investigations, litigation, and structuring strategic transactions.


    Duties:
    Collaborate with attorneys and clients to provide guidance on achieving client goals.
    Advise healthcare clients on regulatory requirements throughout all phases of their businesses.
    Navigate and apply regulatory requirements including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare conditions of participation, and state regulations.

    Provide counsel on HIPAA, healthcare privacy, data breach, Knox-Keene, digital health, telehealth, healthcare technology transactions, ACOs, and Medicare DCD program.

    Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing as necessary.
    Take ownership of projects and work effectively as a team member.
    Communicate directly with clients on a regular basis.

    Requirements:
    Admitted to the Bar in the state.
    5-7 years of experience focusing on regulatory matters in the healthcare sector.
    Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

    Education:
    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

    Certifications:
    Admission to the Bar in the state.

    Skills:
    Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements.
    Excellent oral communication and writing skills.
    Strong research and analytical skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
