    Home Health Aides & CNA's Needed for PRN *Potential for Full Time in the near future - Immediate start up to $15-$17hr based on credentials and experience.


    Discovery At Home is hiring Home Health Caregivers to join our growing team Our caregivers have the option to work one on one with a client on an extended shift, or work in shift blocks, allowing for flexible scheduling for our clients & caregivers alike

    Our team is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers looking to make a positive difference Your duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Assisting clients with daily routines such as hygiene, meals, or exercise via a walk or activities.
    • Assisting clients with transfers
    • Housekeeping
    • Errands locally or grocery shopping

    Our clients live in apartment-style senior living communities, conveniently located on one campus


    Job Requirements
    You should possess an interest in health care and the ability to work with limited supervision, keeping the patient's needs as your top priority.

    Discovery HHA Caregiver Responsibilities:

    Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.

    Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.

    Help with general housekeeping.

    Work with a nurse, CNA, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.

    Observe and report on patient condition.
