- Incumbent is a senior building operations specialist responsible for the McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) interior furnishings, design, and space management.
- Plans, coordinates, and administers the execution of interior furnishings, maintenance, repair, alterations, and construction on a 100-acre complex.
- Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative for the systems furniture contract, Interior Design contract, and furnishings purchase orders.
- Identifies specific requirements for funding, manpower, materials, and services needed to support the program.
- Monitors and enforces Federal, DoD and DLA, EPA policies, guidance and laws safety regulations and other policies.
- Plans layouts of office space using a variety of systems, to include AutoCAD

Specialized Experience:

To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector
