- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor behavior support plans
- Provide training to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
- Analyze data and track progress to adjust behavior plans as needed
- Consult with other professionals to support the overall development and success of students
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with behavioral needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive school environment
