Blazer Jobs is actively recruiting for a skilled School BCBA to fill a full-time contract position within Claremont, NH a school district. This role is integral to providing specialized support in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements:
Candidates must meet all local and state regulatory requirements for the School BCBA position. Preferred qualifications include substantial experience working with special education students and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor behavior support plans
• Provide training to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
• Analyze data and track progress to adjust behavior plans as needed
• Consult with other professionals to support the overall development and success of students
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with behavioral needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive school environment
