A Day in The Life as a Youth Care SupervisorAs a Youth Care Supervisor, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by supervising youth care workers and supporting youth with challenging behaviors in a therapeutic environment.
You will be an advocate for the youth as they communicate their wants, needs, and goals as they work to achieve their highest quality of life.
