- Meet and greet service customers promptly.
- Communicate with customers on options, cost, and timing to complete the delivery of maintenance and repairs
- Professionally address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Inspect vehicles prior to each customer's delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly.
- Communicate the results with the customer explaining all completed work and charges.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in automotive service writing.
- Valid driver's license with a positive driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships online and in person.
- Comfortable working with various dealer software systems.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must be organized, able to multitask and follow-up with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations instructions, and procedure manuals.
