- Manage a team of quality control technicians on the daily operations on the plant floor
- Observe, interpret and create overall quality standard procedures and strategy for the plant
- Present and interact with upper-level management on the quality changes and trends for the overall plant
- Ensure overall ISO9001 compliance across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4+ years in quality experience within the plastics blow molding or relatable field
- 2+ years of management experience
- ISO9001 experience a plus
