The Business
Analyst will analyze an organization's business processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Their primary role is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined and translated into functional specifications.
Role And Responsibilities
Work with the project, product, and/or program manager to document the product's vision and the project's scope for the technical team.
Elicit requirements related to Projects BL using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.Close collaboration with the technical project team during all implementation phases, assuring clearness of requirements.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements.
Transform requirements into agile-driven SCRUM-based backlog items for the technical team and prepare test data sets.Provide implementation governance and acceptance of technical tasks against requirements.
Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
Proactively handle the requirements process.
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience as a BA
Skills in analyzing business processes, preferably in the manufacturing technology sector.
Analytical skills
Ability to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the true underlying needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
Experience in workflows, data structures modeling, and database modelingKnowledge of UML-based models and other formal methods
Agile-driven SCRUM-based development.
