    Description

    Position Title: Adjunct Phlebotomy

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking certified Phlebotomists, Medical Lab Techs, or Medical Assistants with phlebotomy experience to teach and develop curriculum as adjunct faculty members.

    Duties:

    1. Teach and develop curriculum to support learning objectives set forth in course syllabi.

    2. Create effective learning environments using various instructional methods.

    3. Collaborate in program reviews and curriculum revisions.

    4. Participate in professional development activities to stay current in discipline and instructional methods.

    5. Attend department, division, campus, and college meetings and committees.

    6. Support the college's goals and perform other related duties as required.

    Requirements:

    Certified Phlebotomists, Medical Lab Techs, or Medical Assistants with phlebotomy experience.

    Clearances:

    Current criminal record and child abuse clearances required upon offer.

    Additional Information:

    Please note that employment as an adjunct faculty member may result in suspension of retirement benefits for PSERS retirees.
