& Requirements Maximus is seeking a Market Growth and Delivery Manager to support our US Federal Health IT division

• Coordinate closely with the US Federal Health business development and operations teams to help build and refine the year-over-year pipeline.
• Proactively manage and drive planning and capture activities, focusing on opportunities 12 months or more prior to RFP release.
• Attend customer meetings and manage the capture of critical information to drive proposal content

Lead and oversee the development and refinement of capture strategies in collaboration with business development and operations teams, ensuring clear communication across all levels

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government sponsored security clearance, if required
• 15+ years of related work experience in the following:
• Contract delivery/project management in a technology field with CMS, DHA, VA, HHS and/or other US Federal Healthcare agencies.
• Developing/executing a go-to-market strategy
• Project Delivery and Management, Sales, Proposal, and Capture Management Minimum Requirements Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services)

Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position $ 180,000.00 Annual Base Pay Maximum for this Position $ 225,000.00 *
