    We are New Hampshire's oldest non-profit community health center, offering quality family health and medical services to all, regardless of their ability to pay.

    The Patient Service Representative is the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for front desk operations, including greeting patients, confirming demographic information, and responding to calls in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients and confirm demographic information.
    • Respond to incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
    • Schedule appointments and verify insurance eligibility.
    • Assist with financial assistance eligibility determination.

    Requirements:

    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
    • Flexibility with scheduling.
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
