    Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson, TN has FT Day and Night Licensed Practical Nurse openings.

    We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving our patient's lives by using a patient centered, collaborative approach to providing high quality care.

    Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson is one of the premier behavioral health hospitals providing inpatient psychiatric treatment for children and adolescents ages 6-17.

    We also provide continuity of care with an onsite residential treatment program for children and adolescents ages We are seeking qualified candidates who will join us in committing to improve our patients' lives by working collaboratively in providing high quality care addressing both the mental health and physical wellbeing of our patients.


    Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse includes the following:
    Provide general nursing care to the residents.
    Develop a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.
    Distribute medication as prescribed and properly maintain the MARS.

    Assist with admits, discharges and transfer residents based on physician's orders and sometimes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    Qualified candidates for Licensed Practical Nurse include the following:

    Must be Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
    Prefer 1 to 2 years hospital experience preferably in a behavioral health setting.
    Must have an active BLS Certification.
