    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
    • Create and implement lesson plans that focus on water safety and skill development
    • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to swimmers
    • Ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons
    • Maintain a clean and organized pool area

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard preferred
    • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with individuals of all ages and abilities
    • CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
    • Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with pool cleaning as needed
