    The Project Manager will manage and support energy efficiency (ESA) and Professional Services Contracts primarily in the K-12 and municipal environment. This may also include design-build-at-risk agreements. This includes collaboration with internal team members and external clients to drive efficiency, production, and effective project management and construction management support. Project Managers are accountable for managing projects within clearly defined budgets and schedules and are accountable for the quality and safety of the construction.

    Project Manager Responsibilities
    • The primary responsibility of a SIQ Project Manager is to deliver a project on time and on budget that results in a satisfied customer that SIQ may use as a project reference.
    • Review project estimates and preliminary designs to establish a time frame/schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
    • Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline the work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
    • Coordinate activities of the project to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
    • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and coordinate schedules or plans as required
    • Grow, develop, and practice verbal presentation and communication skills. The objective is to demonstrate your emotional intelligence and supreme soft skills in your communications.
    • Coordinate with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems
    • Serve as the primary liaison for Sales Team, Project Engineers, Customers, Internal and External Resources, and Management regarding project-related items
    • Forecast, Track, and Control all aspects of project financials including Forecasting cost over time, billing, and collections, tracking, and controlling budgets.
    • Review Project(s) forecast monthly with the BU operations leader.
    • Assist in writing and maintaining Project Specifications specifically for MEP.
    • Procore to Plan, Schedule, Document, Tracking and Control all aspects of a Project
    • Procore to procure all goods and Services
    • Procore/Velixo to plan a projects life cycle cost spend forecasted monthly.
    • Egnyte Drive to ensure all project documentation is centralized in a common shard drive
    • Acumatica to ensure valid subcontractor/Supplier invoices are accepted
    Project Manager Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
    • 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in construction projects.
    • Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders
    • Knowledge of construction technology, construction management, and BIM softwareProcore, Blue Beam preferred.
    • Either hold or obtain OSHA30 certification (at our expense) within one year
    • Valid drivers license
    • PA Department of Education Federal and State Background Clearances required
