- Conducting electromagnetic environment (EME) and radio frequency (RF) assessments of DoD surface vessels, submarines, and shore facilities for hazards to ordnance, personnel, and fuel.
- Traveling worldwide to measure EMEs, analyze data, conduct research, and develop technical reports that provide operational guidance for Fleet personnel.
- Conducting RADHAZ desk top analysis and develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of specialized RADHAZ Survey engineering experience.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Demonstrate knowledge and capability to conduct RF measurements.
- Average 25% CONUS travel and occasional OCONUS travel.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience preparing RADHAZ technical documents, to include test plans/reports, analytical evaluations, and presentations.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance. (Must have at minimum, an interim Secret level security clearance, prior to start)
